Refund policy

Return window

You have seven days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers in the European Union have fourteen days to cancel or return an order for any reason, on the same conditions.

What can go back

Unopened bags and unused equipment can go back within seven days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a full refund. Opened coffee is a perishable good and cannot be returned — but if something is wrong with it, tell us and we will sort it out rather than quoting policy at you.

How to start one

Contact 3guys.ad@gmail.com. If the return is accepted we send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first are not accepted. Returns go to 467 Al Khaleej Al Arabi St, W17-01, Al Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so we can evaluate it and put it right.

What cannot be returned

Opened coffee, sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it. If more than fifteen business days have passed since approval, contact us.
