Terms of service

These terms

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.

Prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. We may change prices, and correct errors in them, at any time before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order — for example when a lot has sold out between the order and the roast.

Availability

Coffee is agricultural and lots are finite. Where an item becomes unavailable we contact you to substitute or refund it.

Accuracy

We describe products as accurately as we can. Tasting notes are a description of a cup, not a guarantee of one — palates differ.

Returns and privacy

Returns are covered by our refund policy and your data by our privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
